Screen cleaning
Dirty screens dull even freshly cleaned glass. We pull every screen, wash it by hand, and put it back exactly where it came from.
What's included
- Every accessible screen removed and labeled to its original window
- Hand-washed with mild soap to clear dust, pollen, and cobwebs
- Rinsed thoroughly and patted dry to prevent water spots
- Frames wiped down before reinstalling
- Each screen returned to its original window and seated properly
- Loose or damaged screens flagged so you know before we leave
Not included
- • Replacing torn mesh or bent frames (we can recommend a repair shop)
- • Fixed or non-removable screens (cleaned in place when possible)
- • Storm windows or specialty security screens
